Where do I start?

 

All you need to do is decide what you would like to move. Call, or send an email,

and we will take care of the rest. Our experts will establish the exact size of your

move and we can take it from there.

                               

How much will it cost?

 

This depends upon the size of your move. We can usually give you a rough idea on the phone. Rest assured, you will be unlikely to find a more competitive rate for a quality service. Please see “Costings” for some examples of actual moves carried out by Crown Way International.

 

How long will it take?

 

We have weekly sailings from and to most destinations. We are known for our prompt and speedy service and we strive to provide exact arrival and delivery dates to enable you to make your plans in advance.

 

Will my goods need to clear customs?

 

Yes. Unlike mainland Spain the Canary Islands are outside the EU for customs purposes.

                

Is customs clearance difficult and complicated?

 

Don’t worry! We will tell you all the documents you will need. We will translate them. 

We will take them to customs on your behalf. We will represent you at port and when

it is done we will deliver to your door. You don’t need to do anything.

 

I only have a few things to move, is that a problem?

 

Not at all, we send regular groupage containers and many of our clients only need to

send small amounts.

 

Some of my goods will not go into boxes, can we still ship them?

 

Of course, our packing teams are accustomed to handling and packing all sorts of awkward items, such as golf clubs, lamps, musical instruments, bicycles. You name it – we can wrap it!

 

Do my breakable items need to be specially packed?

 

We can provide a full glass and china packing service with the appropriate packing materials or if you wish to pack these yourself we can advise you and supply materials.
